We strive to keep usability, simplicity and elegance a part of every piece we design. Usability is always regarded as an important part of our design, whether it is a Web site/application or an annual report. Usability keeps people engaged, it lets them get from point A to point B, or even to point Z as easily as they can. It certainly doesn’t hurt if that path is visually appealing as well. ⇒

2009 started off with a bang, launching Aurora Novus and Maine Mead Works in the first two weeks! Aurora Novus is a new venture by Aurora Photos focusing on online storytelling through video and photography. This was also our first venture into using Amazon’s S3 Simple Storage Service, serving up the videos for Aurora Novus. Maine Mead Works uses a unique, efficient and environmentally friendly fermenting process, along with local ingredients to produce a truly great Mead (honey wine).
Today, we also sent off our first quarterly newsletter, updating our friends and clients as to what has been happening over the past few months. Take a look for yourself.
